The web application has an instant messenger (from the Pro package onwards), which is only available to desktop users. This simple tool makes it easy to send and receive messages and attachments. It can be opened in full-screen mode in order to chat in real-time with any other employee, wherever they are. And it is possible to organise group discussions with several people.

Enabling instant messaging

By default, the application may not be activated. You can access the web application settings, then Lab > Communication Modules. The "Enable Instant Messaging" setting should be set to "Yes" and then you can finish by clicking "Save".

You will then have access to the messaging system at the bottom left of the user interface.

⚠️ Important: Your colleagues will be added as soon as they log in to their accounts.
