Give your employees access to their schedule

To avoid having to send weekly or monthly schedules to your employees by email, it is possible to provide them with a link to access their schedules.

To activate this feature you need to go to:

  • Settings

  • General settings

  • Labo

  • Section: HR Modules

  • Activate the option: Public page of each employee's schedule

To retrieve the link to the public page containing the schedule, go to :

  • HR

  • Team members

  • Enter the team member's file

  • From the flat key at the top left, click on "Public page of the schedule".

A new window will open and all you have to do is copy the URL into the address bar and forward it to the corresponding employee.
