How to use Sales management module?

A revolution for managers and their sales people who can now rely on tools to make sales forecasts.

The sales pipeline, also known as the "Weighted sales pipeline" or "Sales opportunity funnel" is a tool that allows you to visualize the different stages of your customer's sales cycle: from the very first prospect contact to the signing of the contract.

How to activate it?

  • From Settings ⚙️ > General settings > Labo

  • Then scroll down to the "Management modules" section

  • Select "Yes" in "Activate customer management"

  • Save the changes.

What's next?

  • Go to "Client management" tab on the navigation menu

  • Select "Offers"

And that's it! You can now access your CRM or "Sales Pipeline" module.
