If you are a team member, you can manage your schedule and close jobs assigned to you on the mobile app.
To do so, follow these steps:
Open the job on your mobile app
Tap the pen icon at the top right corner of the job details screen
Tap the Completed box ✅
Fill in the required fields, such as the start and end time, the duration, the status, and any comments or signatures. You can also add photos or documents to the job report.
Tap the "Save" button at the end of the screen to close the job and generate a PDF report.
You can view, edit, or send the report by tapping the "Report" button at the bottom of the job details screen.
💡 PRO TIP:
You can also use the mobile app as a timer to track and update your working time real time:
To start: Tap the square box next to Status
To take a break, tap the Pause (⏸) icon
To resume working, tap the Play (▶)icon
To stop/ finish working: Tap the Stop (⏹) icon.
The system will then automatically log your working time. ✅
