Enable the product feature in an intervention
First of all, you need to activate the option of adding products or services to an intervention from the mobile phone, following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to Settings on your mobile app
Step 2: Edit an intervention
Step 3: Enable product
Add a product to an intervention
Step 1: Open the intervention file and click on "🖊️Edit".
Step 2: Scroll down to the "Products" section and click on "Add a product
