The login to the mobile application allows connecting a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) to the Organilog solution which is available on the web.

This article explains how to connect to the mobile app.

Download Organilog Mobile app

First of all, the app must be downloaded from the official app store:

💡 Tip: Open the Google Play/ Apple Store application then search for the keyword “Organilog”.

Where can I find my login credentials?

The first login details are available in the email sent at registration. You will need the following information to log in to the mobile app:

  • Organilog account domain of your company

  • User ID

  • Password

⚡ Note: In the image below, which represents the web address of the account in the format "myaccount.organilog.com", the account identifier is "myaccount".

Login Interface

During the first connection to the mobile app, you are asked to log in. This step requires an internet connection so that the application can check the conformity of the password. The internet connection can be made via Wifi or 3G/4G.

⚠️ Caution:

  • Be careful not to add unintentional characters, such as spaces, by mistake.

  • Pay attention to the spell-checking function of virtual keyboards.

  • Not to use special characters in a new user's login or password.

  • Ensure that there is an internet connection when trying to login.

What to do if the connection fails?

Occasionally, it may happen that the connection is not successful, even with good data. This may be due to a hardware problem. In this case, you may need to uninstall and re-install the mobile app. Then try to login again.

When uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it is necessary to have a good internet connection in order to avoid interruptions when downloading the app.
