You or your employees may forget the password to access the web interface or the mobile app of Organilog.
Due to security reasons, only you can change or reset your username or password.
How to reset a password?
Option 1:
You can create a new password by clicking on "Forgot password" on your login page. Just follow the steps and you will get an email with a link to set a new password.
Option 2: Reset the password with the Admin role
Following these steps:
Main menu > Team > Team member > Go to the user's profile that you need to update the password for > Edit > Click on Edit the password
If your browser remembers your password but you cannot log in to your mobile app, we suggest that you set a new password from the web app so that you can log in on the mobile app.
