It sometimes happens that your employees, or you, forget the password to connect to the web interface or the mobile application of Organilog.

For this, many of you are thinking of contacting us. Unfortunately, for security reasons, we cannot access your password. Indeed, when it is created, the password is encrypted to ensure the security of your Organilog user account.

How to change a password?

Option 1:

The first way is to generate a new password by clicking on "Forgot password" from your login page. All you have to do is follow the procedure which will send you an email with a link to create a new password.

Option 2: Change the password with the Admin role

Following these steps:

Main menu > HRM > Team member > Enter the user's file whose you need to update the password > Edit > Click on Edit the password

If your password is saved in your browser but you can no longer log in to your mobile application, we suggest that you create a new password from the web application in order to be able to log in on the mobile app.
