When you add or modify a job, you can assign one or more standard actions linked to the job categories. These actions can represent job categories or describe specific tasks within your operation.

Benefits

Associating common actions can be beneficial on multiple levels:

  • To enter job details more quickly

  • Classify jobs by type

  • Improve the statistics of your work-related activities.

  • Estimate the allocation of a routine task

Menu: Common action management

You can edit actions in the "Jobs" section of the main menu. It is possible to add, edit, or delete each action. The order of the action display can be edited by dragging and dropping rows in the table.

The "Job" column for each action lists the number of jobs on which the action has been selected, allowing you to filter them more efficiently.

💡 Tip: If you use the "Subsidiaries" system, also known as "Activity types," you can associate common actions with a subsidiary. This simplifies the interface for editing a job based on the subsidiary you are working on.
