You may have a standard process to organize your workflows. This process consists of steps that represent jobs to be scheduled for the workers.
Organilog lets you create a workflow that will act as a template. You can use this template to copy this workflow every time you need to start and schedule a new group of jobs for your team members.

Instructions
Go to "Jobs" menu on the left 🡆 Job groups 🡆 Add job group
Name this group "Job template" then Save
Go to Schedule menu and add each job that is a key step for your projects to this "Job template"
You can also change the term "Job" to "Workflow" (General settings 🡆 Terminology)
When you are done, go back to this template, access the menu at the top right, and click on "Duplicate with jobs". Then, your new workflow is ready and you just have to schedule the jobs and assign them to one or more team members.
