You have a material, equipment, and installation at a customer and you wish to give access to the follow-up of the interventions to your customer or to the worker. It is possible to add a QR Code on this equipment which, once scanned, will redirect you to a summary page of the interventions associated.
How to activate this feature?
In the Setting menu, click General settings
Go to Equipment section
Select Yes to Enable public pages
How to retrieve the QR Codes?
In the Client management menu, go to Equipment
In the Display options, check on the Column choice box
From the export drop menu, click Export the QR Codes for access to the public page. This will open the page that lists all the QR codes for your equipment.
On this window, you will find a QR Code for each facility, which you can print, laminate and stick on the equipment you have at your customers' premises.
Scan the QR code
On your compatible Android phone or tablet, open the built-in camera app.
Point the camera at the QR code.
Tap the banner that appears on your Android phone or tablet.
Follow the instructions on the screen to access the facility's public page.

Open Camera, then position iPhone so that the code appears on the screen.
Tap the notification that appears on the screen to go to the facility's public page.
