If you are a technician or worker in the field, you may be used to using Organilog on the official mobile application, but it may be helpful to use it on a computer to access a larger screen and better ease of use for writing reports. It may be useful to use it on a computer in order to access a larger screen and better ease of use when writing reports. This guide outlines good practice.

💻 Hardware

A computer connected to the internet is required. Any internet browser can be used, but we recommend the following browser:

👷‍♀️ Login to the computer

Each Organilog account can be accessed through a page following this format

Replace "myaccount" with the title that has been defined for your company. Contact your company's manager to find out the exact address.

Then you can log in with your login and password.

🙅‍♂️ I don't know my credentials

It is possible to re-configure a new password by clicking on the button "forgotten login or password" on the sole condition that you have an email address defined on your user file.

In this case, we invite you to contact your company's manager who will be able to help you connect.

👉 Good security practices to follow

Here is a non-exhaustive list of best practices:

  • After a long period of inactivity, it is necessary to reconnect to the web application. This is a voluntary security measure.

  • Do not leave your computer session open if you must leave a room accessible by other people, in order to guarantee the confidentiality of your company's data.

  • Lock your computer every time you leave for the same reason

We hope this guide has helped you. For any questions, we invite you to contact directly the person in charge of your company who knows Organilog best, so that he can help you with the use.
