Effortlessly generate one or more deposit invoices, either from scratch or based on an existing quote. Define the associated percentage(s), and the invoice status will be visible within the quote.

Gain insight into your customer's financial stability!
A new indicator now allows you to assess a customer's solvency based on the volume of outstanding or unpaid invoices. This confidence indicator is conveniently displayed in the customer list, within the customer file, and when creating a quote.

Take control of your financial transactions by customizing payment terms for individual customers. Override the "Pre-fill invoice due date for this customer" setting on each customer record with this new feature.
📆 SCHEDULING: ENHANCED RECURRENCE DISPLAY

A more organized view of recurring jobs!
To enhance clarity and distinguish recurring jobs from others, they now appear in a dotted frame with a translucent color. This update provides a uniform display for better understanding of future recurrences.
🗺️ GEOGRAPHICAL MAP AND UNIVERSAL MODULE ENHANCEMENTS

Optimized functionality for the geographical map and universal module!
Now you can:
Specify whether an item in the universal module should appear on the schedule and map: always, on a specific date, or over a designated period.
Personalize each universal module with a color code (fixed or user-defined) in the settings.
Achieve a more consistent presentation by splitting the display on the new map.
Simplify the import of multiple locations by adding longitudes/latitudes for elements in the universal module.
These enhancements empower you to import a list of, for instance, hotels, with specific longitude/latitude coordinates for each, and apply a distinct color code to display them on the same geographical map as your scheduled work.

Accounting Code
On the invoice editing page, products not present in stock can now be assigned an accounting code. These values are customizable for better control.
Clocking
Experience optimized display with the ability to filter by activity type.
Bottles
The bottle page now showcases the list of associated CERFAs, while job display has been refined for a clearer view.
Expense Claims
For multi-agency expense reports, notifications are now directed to the respective agency's email address.
Address Portal
Refine searches by title and date for more precise results.
Invoices
Issuing invoices now supports nearly 1,000 lines, providing more flexibility.
Geographical Map
A new map display system for addresses and customer details. In VIEW mode, the map is presented as an image with convenient buttons to open an itinerary on Google Maps or Waze.
Invoice Status Banner
Invoices now feature a distinct banner for easy identification of payment status via SystemPay/Stripe.
Role Management
Enhanced role capabilities include the addition of 'Employee Access Restriction' rights for improved control.
MOBILE APP
Faster data synchronization
Experience quicker initial sync times! The application now downloads attachments progressively throughout the day instead of all at once during the first synchronization. This enhancement significantly improves speed during the initial connection.
