Maintain the connection between your jobs and invoices!
Would you like to modify, edit, or delete the invoice links for your jobs? Now you can make these changes quickly and as often as needed!
📨 SENDING INVOICING ITEMS

Streamline the invoicing process by centralizing the sending of your PDFs.
When sending your invoices, you can now include PDF reports of one or more of your jobs. Additionally, you can effortlessly include CERFA 1301 and CERFA cold forms with just a few clicks.
⚡ Notes: Please note that for your CERFAs to be sent correctly, your invoice must be linked to a job that has the necessary CERFAs.
You can also track the sending of your invoices and your PDFs using the "Sending history" feature.
📍 EFFICIENT SCHEDULING

Put an end to inefficient travel planning throughout the week. Find nearby jobs spanning multiple days with ease.
When you have a new job and want to select the most geographically and temporally convenient worker, we provide the "job at +/- 3 days" filter.
👉 Select a job location directly on your map, view the jobs scheduled for approximately three days before or after the selected date, and in proximity to the job location. You can also see the remaining working time of your workers and select the one best suited for the job.

We've made tracking your workers' routes even clearer by using arrows to indicate the direction of the jobs to be performed and providing better visibility of the route.
