All roads lead to the ticket!
We've now added a new setting to the "Reply to" function, allowing you to connect to the "Ticket +" system to easily create a new ticket. This makes ticketing much easier for regular users!
⚡ Note: Once enabled, this option overrides the "Reply to" setting in the Email settings > Tickets
🗓️ JOBS

The future is just around the corner!
Experience the introduction of "ChatGPT" artificial intelligence for jobs! A new "Reformulate text" button is now available, enabling you to edit and improve users' notes!
⚡Note: To access this feature, you need to activate the Lab menu > Management modules > "Enable AI rephrasing feature".
📋 INVOICING

You can now add a signature at the bottom of the page!
It's now possible to sign purchase orders (invoices) online on the public page, just like quotes! You can also do this for purchase orders!

Quotes
Since quotations have a specific validity date and invoices have a specific due date, we have added two separate settings to avoid mixing them up.
Schedule
Calendar views can now be displayed by "Address".
Invoices
A new "CEGI" accounting export added.
Addresses
We have added a Contact tab that shows the list of contacts associated with this address, and a button that lets you quickly create a contact for the current customer/address pair.
Chorus Pro
You can now choose to send attachments to Chorus (this is a new step in the invoice sending process).
MOBILE APP
iOS 2.35 mobile application is now available!
Dysfunctions corrected:
We have added a web-based parameter to prevent contract modification for the normal role.
For Cerfa 15497, we have enabled automatic completion of "Total quantity loaded" and "Quantity recovered" fields.
If you have a customized role, you can now access the details page of a job site.
