πŸ“„ PDFs


Merge PDF - Combine PDF files

It is now possible to insert PDF files at the beginning and/or end of any custom PDF (such as invoices, intervention sheets...etc.), by dragging the pages you wish to insert into the designated fields at the bottom of the page.

⚑ Note: To ensure that the merge is applied, you must save the document once the selected item has been added, and then edit it again. Your document will then be loaded and you can see the added files at the bottom of the page. You can also click Preview to view your document.



Automatic email for tickets

A new setting allows the automatic sending of an e-mail notification when the Organilog team responds to a ticket in "Public" status.

βœ” How to activate: Email parameter > Customer requests > Notification.



Required Agency field

It is now required that the "Type of activity/agency" field be filled in when the option of separate numbering by subsidiary is active, or otherwise, the invoice can not be saved.



Filtering = Optimization

Contacts are now filtered by company address to make it easier to find them according to sector and to avoid endless lists.



Add custom fields and an export button to customize your workflows further.


Automated PDF report sent to the available supplier via a clickable button.


You can set the display of tickets (private or public status) in the Client Portal

(To activate: Settings > "Default display of the form in the Client Portal")
