Send invoices in bulk

A new interface allows you to select multiple invoices with checkboxes and send them directly to your customers.

⚡ Available for Premium Package

New export format: Sage 50

It is now possible to export your invoices for the Sage 50 format, from the list of your invoices.

It is now possible to display vehicle services, in addition to Interventions, Attendance, and Absences.

📄 Absence requests

A new column allows you to specify the team to which the collaborators belong, to more easily sort the requests according to the said teams.

Sending reports to suppliers is now available directly in personalized email sends.

An option now makes it easy to duplicate knowledge.

⏱️ Stopwatch improvement

The stopwatch is handy for calculating the total duration of an intervention and some improvements have been made to make it easier to use.

With different buttons, you can easily update the status of an intervention and calculate the duration.

  • Start ▶️ -> intervention start time (and if applicable: status changes to "In progress").

  • Pause ⏸️ -> to pause the counter.

  • Stop ⏹️ -> intervention ends (status changes to " Completed ").

  • Duration of completed intervention = duration recorded by the stopwatch.

❗ Note: To update the status of an intervention, you need to use either the stopwatch or the "Start" and "End" buttons for interventions. The two systems cannot be used at the same time.
