The Organilog application allows you to manage incident tickets. This is a way to record customer requests, such as requests for interventions or incident records during interventions.
This management makes it possible to archive each request and thus be sure not to forget anything and to process everything to respond to customer issues. This video presents the main information you need to know about it.

Ticket statuses

The status of a ticket makes it possible to follow the progress of a customer's request.
It also allows you to filter and search a ticket:

  • Open ticket: New, In progress, and Waiting for a response

  • Closed ticket: Resolved, Closed, and Rejected
