The Organilog application allows you to manage incident tickets. This is a way to record customer requests, such as requests for interventions or incident records during interventions.

Ticket statuses
The status of a ticket makes it possible to follow the progress of a customer's request.
It also allows you to filter and search a ticket:
Open ticket: New, In progress, and Waiting for a response
Closed ticket: Resolved, Closed, and Rejected
