The ticket module helps you manage service requests or client incident jobs. You can export tickets in different formats to get a list of tickets for a specific period or client.
With Organilog, you can easily export job list to Excel and .ZIP format.
Follow these steps to export ticket data:
Go to the Navigation menu on the left and click the Tickets/ Job requests tab > Dashboard
Click the export icon at the top right corner of the dashboard table
Choose the options that you want for the export.
The exported content will open in the format you selected.
