The mobile application, which can be downloaded to a smartphone and works in offline mode, is optimized for daily use: viewing and completing interventions that are assigned to the user connected. It is therefore quite normal to find only your interventions on the mobile, even for the "Admin role".

Why this is the case?

This display allows a simpler and clearer visulization of the interventions to be carried out. The ergonomics have been studied to ensure a quick and clear understanding of the user's interventions, without disturbing them with interventions that do not concern them.

It also helps to optimize performance. Let's not forget that mobile equipment will never be as efficient as a computer.

How can I still view all interventions?

You can only view all interventions from the web application which can be opened on a computer, smartphone, or tablet, as the interface adapts to the size of the screen.

💡 Tip: It is possible to activate or deactivate if you wish to allow the interveners to be able to visualize the interventions of their colleagues on the web application. To do this, go to the "Settings ⚙️" section, then to the "Team members" section, and activate or deactivate the setting allowing speakers to view interventions that are not assigned to them.
