You can enable your website visitors to submit a ticket form that will be transferred to your Organilog interface and notify you by email.
Step 1: Create a dummy "WEBSITE REQUEST" client
To protect the confidentiality of your actual clients on your website, you need to associate all website tickets with a dummy client that you can create and name "WEBSITE REQUEST".
You can then reassign the tickets to the appropriate Organilog clients later.
Step 2: Activate the form and embed it into your site
Activate the feature that allows you to add a ticket from your website, then copy and paste the HTML code into your site.
