Here are the 4 key steps for setting up your Organilog account.

1. Import the list of your customers and addresses.

  • Download the blank template below and, optionally, complete it with your data, or check the conformity of your file.

  • You also have the option of performing the import yourself by following the instructions detailed in the following article:

  • Our teams take care of everything: send your file to the following email address.

  • Do not hesitate to detail your instructions in the body of the email if necessary.

  • We can also import the following data: list of equipment, history of interventions, quotes and invoices (1 line + total amount excl. tax / incl. tax), list of contracts, tickets, products and services, contributors, credit notes, and routes.

    Cost of the service: on an estimate, according to file.

To place an order from your Organilog account, click on [?] > "👍Our services".

  • Note: the import of customers and addresses does not include the geolocation of addresses.

2. Customize a PDF document with your company colors.

  • If you wish, our teams can also take care of customizing one of the PDF files generated by our solution, from the following list: intervention report, quote, invoice, equipment, contract, ticket, and order.

  • Send us your model, as well as your logo in image format (JPG or PNG).

  • You can also order the creation of a custom logo or the personalization of your other PDF documents, from your account, by clicking on [?] > "Our services".
