How to set up the satisfaction survey for jobs?
Go to Settings ⚙️
Choose General settings 🡆 Customer survey 🡆 General section 🡆 Select Yes to Enable the customer satisfaction questionnaires 🡆 Save
Go to the Client Portal settings and find the Jobs (Job list) section
Select Yes to show the Customer Satisfaction Form column in the Client Portal job table
Customize the questionnaire introduction text, notifications and public average score page in the "Customer Survey" settings
How to set up the satisfaction survey for requests (Tickets)?
Go to Settings ⚙️
Choose Lab 🡆 Various modules section and activate the feature 🡆 Save
