Enable Deposit invoicing module
To do this, follow these steps:
Go to Settings
Click on Modules section
Scroll down to the Invoicing section and select "Enable" to "Deposit invoices"
Click Save
Create a deposit invoice
1- From the main menu on the left, go to Invoicing and click on Deposit invoices
2- Then click on the button "Add a deposit invoice"
3- Fill in the deposit invoice as you do for a quote or a regular invoice. These modules work the same way
Create a deposit invoice from a quote
Open the quote from which you want to create a deposit
Click on the "Options" wrench and select "Create a deposit invoice"
If you want to fill in a percentage for the deposit:
a - Click on "Filling the deposit as a percentage" (Yellow button at the top center of the deposit invoice page).
b - A small window opens: Enter the percentage of the deposit then click on “Pre-fill the deposit invoice”
If you want to enter the amount of the deposit yourself, go directly to the invoice details to edit the amounts for each line
