Deactivating a team member
To deactivate a user, go to HRM module > Team members > Enter the user record > Click the flat key (🔑) icon at the top right > Delete/ Deactivate.
⚡ Good to know:
Deactivating a user will remove them from all the items on the calendar that they have not completed yet (visits, tasks, requests, reminders). You can either re-assign their schedule to another user before deactivating them or use the incomplete item list to distribute those items among other team members. Remember to use "Bulk action" for this purpose."
Reactivating a team member
Deactivated users will still be archived in the HRM database.
To see deactivated users, use the filter to switch to Active = Deleted mode then reactivate the employee from the flat key (🔑).
❗ Note: Reactivating a user will re-assign the work that was unassigned by deactivating them if those items have not been assigned to others.
