The mobile app communicates with the web app through a synchronization system. It is sometimes necessary to reset the synchronization to ensure that the data on the mobile device is the same as the data on the web, this article presents the method to reset the last synchronization date.

Note: Resetting is necessary when users switch on the mobile app.

Step 1: Access the settings

The first step is to access Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Tap on the "Synchronisation" section

Step 3: Reset

The synchronization system uses the last synchronization date to send and receive only new data. By resetting this value to zero, the system will restore all the data.

Click on the "Reset data" tab and validate the reset of the synchronization date.

Once reset, the settings page will show that there has been no synchronization to date.

Step 4: Sync manually

It is now necessary to synchronize a first time in order to resend and receive all the data. To do this, use the sync button 🔁 at the top right.

⚡ Note: The time required to send and receive the data may take up to a few minutes, depending on the amount of data to be synchronized.

It may be necessary to click several times on the synchronization symbol if there is a lot of data to be sent. If possible avoid clicking the button several times in a row, it is strongly recommended to wait several seconds between each synchronization.
