To opt to send a custom report of an intervention:
Go to General Settings ⚙️
Click Lab
In the Interventions modules section > Choose Yes to Link a custom report to an intervention, ticket, quote, or invoice
Click Save.
You can also choose to send custom report to customer from the intervention file.
If you have already set a custom report as default, it will be displayed in this field. Otherwise, the default report will be the generic one.

To modify the custom report option in the intervention file:
Click Edit 🖊️
In the Custom report field, choose the custom report you want for this intervention.
Custom reports can also be selected from the Report tab of an intervention record.
