The contract module allows good follow-up and good intervention management for a customer. This contract system is particularly useful for managing annual contracts.
You can manage annual contracts in 2 different ways within the Organilog software.
1/ Create a new contract each year in order to get accurate statistics from one year to the next. This is particularly useful when the contract amount varies between years.
2/ Keep the same contract and adjust the amount and total duration in order to obtain overall statistics on all the years for which the contract exists. Users are able to view the history to filter the key figures for a specific year if necessary.
