Prior to an appointment with a customer, you can inform them via email that you are coming. Let's see how to configure this.

First of all, to set up the email, go to :

  • Settings ⚙️

  • Email Settings

  • Interventions

  • Section: Intervention notification

⚡ Some dynamic fields are available from the small "i" to help you personalize the information in the title and body of the email.

You can then send this notification to the customer from the "Report" tab of an intervention.

⚡ Note: these buttons are only visible when an intervention date is scheduled.
