You can have your customers sign directly online to accelerate the process and facilitate contract management.
Your customers' digital signature will be shown on your contract form, and on the PDF of the contract if you have set up the signature display.
How to activate the contract public page?
Go to Settings ⚙️ > General settings > Clients > Change the option "Enable the contract public page" to Yes > Save the setting.
How do I get the link to the contract public page?
From a contract record > Click on the flat key 🔧 at the top right to open the options and then click on "Public page of the document". The public page will open in a new tab.
You can then send the URL by email or message to the client.
On this public page, your customer will be able to view the PDF and sign it using the button provided for this purpose:
